Learner Incubator Programme
Learner incubator programmes engage learners in Grades 10, 11 and 12 with the intention to coach and support them towards meeting the requirements of a specific sponsor and direct them on an intended career path.
Incubator programme classes are limited to 50 learners per class per grade. This is done to maintain a high level of quality in service and support. The programme includes Saturday classes, Winter School, and Revision and Pre-exam sessions.
Benchmark assessments are administered on commencement of the programme. Thereafter learners are assessed quarterly. Detailed reporting is provided quarterly to sponsors highlighting learner progress.
