The collaboration and application infrastructure allows learners and educators to communicate via telephone, SMS, chat rooms and email.  A national call centre has also been developed to assist with learner support and administration.  Applications such as a word processor, spreadsheets, presentation and calendaring are provisioned through a single browser interface.  Learners have the ability to store and catalogue files.
